Ukraine

The Ukrainian IT market is served by more than 300,000 IT professionals. They have a great potential to launch their products, as evidenced by statistics:
Many successful startups were launched as developers' pet projects. Among them is MacPaw, which started using only personal savings; the budget for developing the CleanMyMac app was around $3000.
In addition, the co-founders of such companies as GitLab, Grammarly, Ajax Systems, Respeecher, DressX, Petcube, and Preply are Ukrainians with a technical background.

CTO & Co-Founder @ Uspacy
Kyrylo Melnychuk is CTO & Co-Founder at Uspacy, a single digital workspace for SMEs. Uspacy is the winner in the People's Choice category of the USF Startup Awards 2023. Kyrylo is also a CTO & Co-Founder at AlterEGO, an IT integrator with 15 years of experience.

Director of Engineering @ Turnitin
The moderator is Yana Mykhailenko, CTO of Turnitin, an international company that ensures the integrity of education and is a leader in anti-plagiarism solutions. She is a judge and mentor at international competitions and hackathons.
On the first Thursday of November, we will discuss how technical leaders are transforming QA practices — from a routine function to a strategic engineering catalyst in the era of artificial intelligence.
