Vira — CTIO and co-founder of MacPaw, a company that has grown from a small startup into a global business with millions of users around the world. She joined MacPaw in 2009 as a student at KPI, and today she heads the technology and innovation department, combining deep engineering expertise with product vision and strategic leadership.

Lead Software Engineer & CTO @ Mate academy
Vadym Ilchenko is a passionate advocate of modern website development. With over 6 years of experience in the tech industry, he embarked on his career as a Frontend developer in 2017. Since 2019, he has held the role of Lead Software Engineer, concurrently serving as the CTO at Mate academy.

Director of Engineering @ Turnitin
The moderator is Yana Mykhailenko, CTO of Turnitin, an international company that ensures the integrity of education and is a leader in anti-plagiarism solutions. She is a judge and mentor at international competitions and hackathons.
On the first Thursday of November, we will discuss how technical leaders are transforming QA practices — from a routine function to a strategic engineering catalyst in the era of artificial intelligence.
